How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?
Standard assembly and rigorous stress testing typically take 5 to 10 business days. Once shipped via our premium couriers, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location in Australia.
What kind of warranty comes with an Aftershock PC?
All our systems come with a comprehensive 2-year or 3-year pickup and return warranty. This covers both parts and labor, ensuring your investment is protected against any hardware defects.

Is the PC ready to use right out of the box?
Absolutely. Every Aftershock PC comes with Windows pre-installed, all necessary drivers updated, and a final quality control checklist completed so you can plug in and play immediately.
Can I upgrade my components in the future without voiding the warranty?
We encourage upgradability. Opening your case to add storage or RAM does not void your warranty, provided that no damage is caused to the existing components during the process.
How are the PCs packaged for shipping?
We use specialized double-layered cardboard boxes and internal expanding foam packaging to secure heavy components like GPUs and CPU coolers, ensuring your PC arrives in perfect condition.
